Nicholas Southey is an award-winning independent Producer.

​

He has worked nationally with renowned independent artists and companies including The Good Room, The Little Red Company, Counterpilot, Blak Social, Lisa Wilson Projects, Bridie Hooper Projects, Bron Batten and THAT Production Company, just to name a few. 

​

He has delivered festivals and world premiere seasons, producing well over 100 projects including theatre, dance, music and outdoor events. From a community roller-skating event along the beach, to a ropes act on the side of a building, if you can think of something, he's probably produced something like it.

​

Organisations he has worked for include Woodford Folk Festival, Brisbane Festival, Bondi Festival and Metro Arts.

​

For his work he was awarded the 2021 MILKE Emerging Producer Award.
